These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
To ensure your dog/s keep their place secure, we request that a retainer fee is paid to us during a week of absence for holidays or sickness. This fee ensures that your place is not taken up by other customers waiting for a service with us. This charge consists of £16 per week.
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item purchased from our online store.
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Pet food, treats, and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety reasons.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a scheduled service without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with a pet care service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Unused Services: Pre-paid services that are unused and do not fall under the cancellation policy may be eligible for a refund or credit towards future services, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy: Grooming appointments can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with a grooming service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with our grooming partners to address your concerns and may offer a touch-up service or partial refund at our discretion.
Customized Products: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Sale Items: Items on sale may be subject to different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the above conditions are not met or if we suspect fraud or abuse of our returns policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
By making a purchase or booking a service with Honeys Happy Hounds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Returns and Refunds Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If You are a consumer, the laws of the country in which You are resident will apply to any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, provided that nothing in this clause will deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If You are a business, these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
